We're proud to announce our first project designed to qualify for LEED certification! The LEED for Homes Green Building Certification System is a consensus-based tool developed by the U.S. Green Building Council to assess and validate the 'greenness' of homes. This construction project is hoping to reach a very ambitious high rating.

Brays Island Plantation is actively pursuing environmentally sound policies across the board. Any new Capital Projects and major maintenance or improvement projects are carefully researched for the possible use of sustainable products and procedures.
